I was a bit skeptical of Camel City Coffee given its corporate office park location, but this is a case where I was glad to be wrong. There's plenty of seating inside and out, the baristas are friendly, and the menu offers both fun seasonal specials and a nice assortment of regular and specialty drinks (including Vietnamese coffee). I tried an Oatmeal Cookie Latte and found it to be smooth and refreshing. You're seemingly never too far away from a coffee shop in Winston-Salem, but even amid steep competition, Camel City stands out.

While in town for an appointment, my wife needed her morning coffee so we stopped at Camel City Coffee. She loves anything banana so we went with the Banana Puddin Latte. It was fantastic and some of the better coffee we've had recently!

Best coffee in winston! The prices are a little high, but it’s good quality coffee/drinks, and they always come out perfect and quickly. I love stopping by for an iced latte, and the baristas are truly some of the nicest people ever! Will keep coming back again and again!

I got an iced latte. It wasn't bad, but the flavor of the espresso was very weak for my preference. Per the barista, they serve the same amount of espresso in both sizes offered. They do have a very nice outdoor area to take advantage of, the indoor is also nicely decorated, just more on the cozy side. Would try again to see if my next beverage better suites my preference for a stronger espresso.

Absolutely love love love this place! The staff is phenomenal and oh so sweet! The coffee? It HITS! There are only two things I have feedback on that I’d like to share. 1. Is there any way to open earlier than 8AM? My work schedule is so tight 😩 and I know that’s not their problem but I’d love it if they could open even an hour earlier as this is my preferred coffee shop! Unfortunately on those mornings when I start early I have to settle for Ardmore Coffee shop. 2. I’m in LOVEEEEE with the Vietnamese iced coffee, but the half and half is so heavy on my stomach. I would love it if they would allow you to adjust the milk on that while mobile ordering as there isn’t an option to update it. I thought with the updated mobile ordering they’d allow you to adjust but it hasn’t happened yet. Other than that, I give this place an absolute 10/10! Thank you for being there for me on the mornings I can make it in. :)
